Spread Sosi’s Roasted Red Pepper Armenian Yogurt Dip generously on your tortilla, add several slices of turkey, several leaves of spinach, and 2 roasted red peppers. Roll your wrap tightly and use a toothpick to hold it together and serve. You may also slice the wrap into several 1” thick wheels to serve it as an appetizer.

Grilled Lamb with Sosi’s Garden Mint Armenian Yogurt
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Rosemary - 3 tablespoons
- Oregano - 1 1/2 teaspoons
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Lemon Juice - 1/2 cup
- Olive oil - 1/2 cup
- Red wine ( dry) - 1/2 cup
- Racks of lamb – 2 racks, 8 chops each
- Sosi’s Garden Mint Armenian Yogurt
In a food processor add all the dry ingredients and pulse until finely minced. Add in the lemon juice, olive oil, and red wine stir until blended. Place the chops in a dish and pour the marinade over the chops, turning to coat both sides. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
When ready to cook, remove the lamb from the marinade, sprinkle generously with salt and pepper, and grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Place the chops in your favorite serving dish, cover and let stand for 10 min. Serve hot with the cold Sosi’s Garden Mint Armenian Yogurt.

Smashed Potatoes with Sosi’s Roasted Red Pepper Armenian Yogurt
- Red Potatoes - 2 1/2 pounds
- Whole milk or half-and-half - 1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper
- Sosi’s Roasted Red Pepper Armenian Yogurt
Boil potatoes until tender, drain and let dry a bit. Mash potatoes with half-and-half or milk using a potato masher. Add in Sosi’s Roasted Red Pepper Armenian Yogurt and smash until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
